W.Va. partnership aims to boost interest in manufacturing careers

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The West Virginia Manufacturers Association Education Fund is expanding a program to boost youth interest in manufacturing career opportunities.

The second of eight Explore the New Manufacturing regional-education academies will be Friday from 9:40 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College's technology center at 5550 Winchester Ave. (U.S. 11) south of Martinsburg.
