Monica serves as Program Director for the WVMA Educational Fund, Inc. Explore the New Manufacturing Program. Prior to joining the WVMAEF in 2018 she was Principal and CEO of TwoPointO LLC, a process improvement and innovation organization. Before founding TwoPointO LLC, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager at Country Roads Physical Therapy LLC.
Monica began her career as an educator, teaching middle school math and science in North Carolina and West Virginia. She is a member of the West Virginia Manufacturers Association; serving on both the Governance and Human Resources Committees, as well as a member of the Morgantown Chamber of Commerce, the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, and NCWV-SHRM.
Monica is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Cross has been an active volunteer in community outreach events throughout North Central West Virginia.
